Atsora at Huron Open House: machine data serving the performance of machining workshops

A field presence at the heart of the Huron ecosystem

During the Huron Open House, Atsora was present for three days to concretely demonstrate how machine data transforms the performance of machining workshops.

Alongside Matéo Chartier, we engaged with many industry professionals around a central topic: how to fully leverage data from CNC machines to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational visibility.

This event was a unique opportunity to present, in real conditions, the capabilities of our solution Atsora Tracking applied to Huron environments.

Leveraging machine data to drive industrial performance

Today, the majority of workshops have high-performance machines but remain limited in their ability to exploit the data they generate.

During this open house, we showed how a structured approach to data allows for:

  • Continuously tracking the actual performance of CNC machines

  • Precisely identifying production, downtime, and waiting times

  • Automating the detection of operations without manual input

  • Providing reliable, contextualized, and directly usable data

The challenge is no longer just to collect data, but to transform it into useful information for production teams.

Concrete case: Cavalier Tool & Manufacturing Ltd

One of the strengths of our demonstration was based on a concrete customer case: Cavalier Tool & Manufacturing Ltd.

Through this example, we illustrated:

  • How Huron machines can be monitored in real-time

  • The value of automatic cycle and downtime detection

  • The direct impact on the decision-making of field teams

Result: a better understanding of actual performance, a reduction of blind spots in the workshop, and an increased ability to act quickly on production deviations.

A trusted collaboration with Huron

We thank Huron for their trust and for giving us the opportunity to present our approach directly to their clients and partners.

This collaboration illustrates a strong conviction:

industrial performance relies on the convergence between high-precision machines and intelligent data utilization.

Towards a data-driven industry

The transformation of machining workshops involves better use of data from machines.

With Atsora Tracking, we offer a pragmatic and operational approach:

  • Rapid deployment, without heavy infrastructure

  • Comprehensive collection of machine data

  • Real-time analysis tailored to field needs

  • Clear and actionable vision for teams

The goal is simple: to enable manufacturers to make better decisions, faster, based on reliable data.

Let's meet

If you were present at the Huron open house and we didn't have the chance to talk, or if you want to learn more about data integration for your CNC machines, we would be happy to continue the discussion.
